Get to know me
My lifelong passion for fitness has seen me compete in bodybuilding competitions and work with racehorses in the U.S., a role that demanded significant physical exertion.
Through my journey, I’ve sustained my fair share of injuries, including multiple fractured vertebrae, which underscored the paramount importance of both physical and mental self-care.

How did I get here?
In 2017, I earned my certification as a personal trainer in Florida, driven by a desire to assist others in improving their health, enhancing their physical fitness, and achieving their personal goals.
My path led me back to the U.K. in 2019, where I commenced work in an orthopaedic operating theatre. It was shortly thereafter that I discovered my calling in Remedial and Sports Massage.
Having obtained a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist qualification with ITEC I've gone on to achieved a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy with the ISRM.

Passion
My fervour for this field is immense, fuelling a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a continuous refinement of my hands-on skills, which I genuinely cherish.
My foremost objective is to deliver individualised treatments of the highest quality to each client, striving to mitigate symptoms and alleviate pain in the long term by pinpointing and addressing the root causes of their issues.
The synergy of remedial massage and soft tissue therapy yields transformative results, significantly enhancing the quality of life for my clients. This approach enables individuals to move more freely, remain pain-free, and excel in their daily activities and cherished hobbies.
My mission is to facilitate a journey towards a better you.
